By downloading, installing, or using ScrollWisdom ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
ScrollWisdom provides daily wisdom cards featuring quotes from Stoic philosophers, along with historical context and actionable advice. The app offers both free and premium content through a subscription model.
Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple. Subscription pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through iOS Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
All content, design, graphics, and code within ScrollWisdom are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or redistribute any content from the app without prior written permission.
The content provided in ScrollWisdom is for informational and inspirational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always seek the guidance of qualified professionals for specific concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
